Title: “Peace in Stillness (NY)”
18x24
Thinned Acrylic on Canvas
Painted during my time in New York, this piece came from a place of stillness—a moment where I knew I needed transformation but wasn’t sure how it would unfold.
Like a butterfly cocoon, “Peace in Stillness” represents the quiet process of becoming. On the outside, everything felt paused. But internally, I was rebuilding, reshaping, and rediscovering who I was as an artist and individual.
This piece is more than paint—it’s a reflection of growth through solitude, a visual echo of the changes we can’t always explain but deeply feel.
